These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, programs, products, services, and materials (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our Services.

2. OUR CURRENT SERVICES
Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Sacred Wealth Mastery (Core Field membership, monthly or annual)
• Sacred Wealth Mastery: Soul Path Mentorship (includes a monthly private session)
• Private Mentorship with Prema (application only, separate written agreement may apply)
• Vedic Astrology Readings
• Sacred Wealth Code® Readings
• Soul Blueprint Readings
• Full Moon Coherence Circles
• Digital resources, trainings, recordings, transmissions, and other materials delivered through the Vault, email, community spaces, or live calls
We may update, expand, or modify Services at any time.

Retreats and In-Person Events
From time to time, we may offer retreats, in-person gatherings, or live events (“Retreats”). Retreat participation may require you to sign a separate Retreat Agreement, which will govern the specific terms of your participation, including payment terms, cancellation policies, and other event-specific details. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Retreat Agreement, the Retreat Agreement will control for matters related to the Retreat.

3. PURCHASES + PAYMENT
When you purchase any Service, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
If a payment fails or is declined, access may be paused until payment is successfully completed.

4. NO REFUNDS
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for any programs, memberships, readings, sessions, digital products, or live events, including if you do not use the Service, change your mind, or fail to participate.

5. SACRED WEALTH MASTERY (MONTHLY) MINIMUM COMMITMENT
If you enroll in Sacred Wealth Mastery on a monthly payment plan, you agree to a minimum three (3) month commitment (“Minimum Commitment”).
By enrolling, you authorize Soulutionary to charge your payment method each month for a minimum of three months.
After your Minimum Commitment is complete, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY (MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP)
To cancel a monthly Sacred Wealth Mastery membership after the Minimum Commitment has been completed, you must email us at prema@soulutionary.com.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your paid billing period.

7. ACCESS + DELIVERY
Access to digital content (including Vault materials, recordings, community spaces, and trainings) is provided for the duration of your active enrollment unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify delivery methods, platforms, schedules, and access structures at any time.

8. READINGS, SESSIONS, AND APPOINTMENTS
All readings and sessions are scheduled based on availability.
Rescheduling: You must request rescheduling at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time by emailing prema@soulutionary.com.

No-shows: If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the session is forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
We reserve the right to determine how scheduling and rescheduling is handled in unusual circumstances. All readings and sessions are scheduled based on availability.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to:
• transmissions
• written materials
• recordings
• trainings
• meditations
• templates
• PDFs
• calls
• Vault content
• website copy
• brand language
• program frameworks
is owned by Soulutionary, Inc. or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license for your individual use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, teach, publish, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10. TRADEMARKS
Sacred Wealth Code® is a registered trademark.
All other names, taglines, and program titles may be trademarks of Soulutionary, Inc. You may not use our trademarks or branding in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written permission.

11. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES + PARTICIPATION
If you participate in any community space (including Mighty Networks, live calls, or other group containers), you agree to:
• maintain respectful communication
• preserve confidentiality of other participants
• refrain from harassment, hate speech, threats, or disruptive conduct
• refrain from promoting unrelated services or soliciting members without consent

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a community space or terminate access to Services if their conduct disrupts the field, violates these Terms, or compromises the integrity of the container.
No refunds will be issued if access is removed due to violations.

12. USER CONTENT + TESTIMONIALS
If you submit content to us (comments, messages, testimonials, or written feedback), you grant Soulutionary permission to use it for business purposes, including marketing, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
You may request removal of personal identifying information at any time.

13. DISCLAIMER (EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY)
Our Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

We do not guarantee results, income, business outcomes, or financial gains from participation in any Service.
Results depend on many factors, including your implementation, choices, and circumstances.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure access and delivery, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet issues, outages, or technical failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulutionary, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Soulutionary for the Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulutionary, Inc., its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, unless prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

• you fail to pay
• you engage in harmful or disruptive behavior
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
