The Right Use of Power and Getting Practical

Autumn is in the air in the northern hemisphere and the current energy is supporting us in the right use of power and getting practical with our vision and leadership. If you’re anything like me, you’re not ready to say goodbye to the warmth and freedom of summer. What I do love about this time of year is the call to supportive routines and structures in life and business that will channel our gifts and visions into practical reality.

As a change agent, leader, entrepreneur, coach or healer you have a vision to shift the collective consciousness and make the difference n the world you are most passionate about. It’s natural over time that as you evolve, your mission also evolves. With the energy shifts we’ve been through in the last 3 months your soul has asked you to let go of things that were no longer serving you or aligned with your mission. Which has brought you to where you are now… you have something brewing in you about the next phase of what you are here to lead in the world. Maybe it’s a book, course, program, a new way of being in your business or… to finally start your soul based business.

Leading from your soul is walking with a foot planted firmly in both the inner and outer worlds. Vision, passion, and inspiration are the inner fuel you need to create what’s next. This is feminine energy. We all have it within us and I like to call it flow. Flow is fabulous and fun, but you also need the masculine energy of form and structure to bring your creative ideas down to earth or they will never come to be.

In creating from the inside out with your divine gifts, flow informs structure. Not the other way around.

Here’s what I mean… when you learn to create the right structures for yourself, you feel spacious, inspired and focused all at the same time. You birth your inspirations in way that feels natural and is unique to you. When you try to cram your creative ideas into someone else’s structure that doesn’t fit you end up feeling dry, uninspired and frustrated. You lose sight of your vision, get caught in the details, procrastinate, get stuck in perfectionism, become overwhelmed and never get your idea off the ground.

In this video I share with you how to bring your precious ideas down to earth in a way that feels easy, natural, and that you will not get caught in the details!

Comment below and share with me what your vision is and what came up for you in the process I shared about creating structure.

Much Love,
Prema
